Tracy Carr is the Chief Financial Officer at Carr and Sons Masonry. As
CFO, she oversees the company’s financial operations while also supporting the team and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment. Tracy believes that success comes from doing the right thing, valuing people, and never being afraid to work hard to get the job done right. Before entering the construction industry, Tracy earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Florida State University and a master’s degree in nursing from the University of South Florida. She spent 17 years caring for children and families as a pediatric nurse practitioner, an experience that strengthened her compassion, attention to detail, and commitment to serving others—qualities she carries into her leadership today. Tracy is passionate about giving back to her community. She leads Carr and Sons Masonry’s philanthropic initiatives and, in 2024, founded a nonprofit organization called It Starts in the Classroom, which provides local educators with essential resources to help every student reach their full potential. Since 2018, she has also volunteered weekly with Meals on Wheels, delivering meals and kindness to those in need.
