Noah began his career in South Florida, where he was raised, working his way up from the field and learning every facet of the tilt-up construction process. His hands-on experience across a wide range of roles—both in the field and in the office—has given him a deep, practical understanding of every stage of a project. In 2014, Noah relocated to the Tampa Bay area to join CSM and help advance the company’s growing tilt-up division. Now serving as Director of the Tilt-Up Division, he plays a key role in shaping company culture, developing policies and procedures, and driving strategic plans for future growth under the guidance of ownership. With more than 20 years of tilt-up concrete experience, Noah brings invaluable expertise to every project he oversees. He holds a degree from Florida State University, where he attended on an athletic tennis scholarship, and is a State Certified General Contractor (CGC1522122).
