​​Carr & Sons Masonry, Inc. showcased their expertise in the I-4 Logistics project located in Seffner, Florida—a 425,000-square-foot warehouse facility. The project was completed within an impressive 11-week schedule, from mobilization to the erection of 162 tilt-up concrete panels. Utilizing a 330-ton crane, the team handled panels weighing over 253,000 pounds, including uniquely designed “pants leg” panels with attached lids at the building’s northeast and northwest elevations. All structural elements, such as ramp walls and electrical rooms, were constructed using tilt-up methods, ensuring both efficiency and durability.
