Project Overview
In December 2020, Allied New Technologies inaugurated its second and most advanced “salt-to-bleach” manufacturing facility in Manatee County, Florida . This state-of-the-art plant is recognized as one of the largest and most technologically advanced sodium hypochlorite production facilities in the United States. Carr & Sons Masonry was entrusted with the critical structural concrete work essential to the plant’s operations.
- The project involved the placement of over 6,000 cubic yards of high-strength concrete, ensuring durability and longevity of the facility's infrastructure.
- The facility was specifically designed to allow for future expansion and increased capacity, enabling Allied New Technologies to meet growing customer demands.
- Approximately 400 tons of rebar were integrated into the concrete structures, providing enhanced structural integrity to withstand operational stresses.
- The Manatee plant is recognized as one of the most advanced "salt-to-bleach" manufacturing facilities in the United States, utilizing environmentally friendly processes.
