Kade was raised in New Port Richey, Florida, with generations of family roots in the area. His father owned a small concrete business and instilled hard work and business values in him as a young man. He started his career in 2001 at a local Florida Redi-mix supplier as an outside sales representative. Seeing the business from a supplier’s perspective helped him understand material costs, material quality, and concrete placement rates.  In 2008, Kade decided to join the team at CSM to help with sales and purchasing. During the growth of the company, Kade has worked up the ranks, being a part of all aspects of the business, from estimating, operations, project management, and sales. Kade is currently the V.P. of operations and works diligently with CSM leadership to promote the company’s culture and deliver a quality product to their clients while continuing to grow the business under the ownerships direction.
