His hands-on work in the field, along with his expertise in cost estimation and project management, has enabled him to play a vital role in the company’s significant growth and to establish a reputation as a leader in concrete construction. As the president of the company, Shane focuses on building and maintaining relationships, future projects, overall finances, and continued growth while fostering a culture of pride in craftsmanship. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, snow skiing, fishing, and hunting.
