This expansive development encompasses a combined 500,000 square feet of office space, featuring both a four-story, 255,000-square-foot building and a five-story, 245,000-square-foot structure. The project also includes a six-story parking garage and a seven-story parking garage, providing ample parking solutions for tenants and visitors. Tilt-up construction was selected for its efficiency and cost-effectiveness, with panels reaching heights of 82 feet and thicknesses of 14 inches. The design incorporates curtain wall glass on the east and west elevations of the fifth floor, allowing natural light to permeate the office spaces through large punched openings.
