This 330,000-square-foot, three-story academic facility stands as a testament to modern educational infrastructure, featuring advanced classrooms, expansive common areas, and a two-story fitness center. The structure comprises 113 tilt-up concrete panels, some reaching heights of 59 feet and weighing over 215,000 pounds, showcasing the company’s expertise in handling large-scale, complex projects. Situated on an island overlooking Tampa Bay, the campus also includes a six-story parking garage, enhancing accessibility for students and staff. Carr & Sons’ commitment to quality and innovation contributed to the building’s LEED Silver certification, reflecting sustainable construction practices.
