Carr & Sons Masonry, Inc. is currently undertaking a major concrete construction project at Sysco Tampa, located at 475 Charlie Taylor Road, Plant City, FL 33566. This facility is part of Sysco's strategic expansion to better serve Central and West Florida. The new 504,000-square-foot distribution center, situated within the Southern Oaks Business Park, is designed as a state-of-the-art cold storage food-service facility.
Sonoco
Carr & Sons Masonry, Inc. is currently engaged in a significant concrete construction project at 1420 Gordon Food Service Drive in Plant City, Florida. This initiative is part of a major expansion of the Sonoco Products Company facility, which is set to nearly double in size—from approximately 243,650 square feet to 493,250 square feet—under a long-term lease agreement .
Joffrey's Coffee Tea Company
Carr & Sons Masonry, Inc. is proud to contribute to the construction of Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company’s new headquarters at 9313 Princess Palm Avenue, Tampa, FL 33619. This 83,931-square-foot facility will encompass production, office, and warehouse spaces, designed to reflect the company's commitment to quality from bean to cup.
