Frank Carr established Carr & Sons Masonry in Pinellas Park, Florida, laying the groundwork for a family-owned business rooted in quality craftsmanship and integrity.
Shane Carr, Frank's son, began his journey in the family business, gaining hands-on experience in every facet of concrete construction.
Our first out-of-town job marked a major milestone for Carr & Sons Masonry, proving our commitment to delivering quality work wherever it’s needed. It expanded our reach beyond local projects and showcased our ability to tackle new environments with confidence. This job set the tone for the growth and reputation we’ve built ever since.
Our first tilt-up job marked a major step forward in our capabilities and craftsmanship. It pushed our team to master new techniques and deliver precision at an even larger scale. This project laid the groundwork for the complex commercial work we’re trusted with today.
Our first commercial post-tension project represented a major advancement in our technical capabilities. It challenged our team to execute with precision while embracing a more complex structural system. This milestone opened the door to larger, more demanding commercial work that continues to shape our portfolio today.
Crossing the $1 million threshold, and delivering a $2 million project, marked a turning point for our company. It showcased our capacity to handle complex, high-value work while maintaining exceptional quality. This achievement helped position us as a trusted partner for major commercial builds.
